Deliveries & Shipping Costs:
Products will ship the same day if order is placed before 13h00 And you’ll be granted with a tracking code
We know how excited you are to receive your classy one of a kind Mamoosh garment, which is why we try our utmost to ensure that goods take no longer than 1 – 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered based on your delivery destination and also shipping method of your choice. For your convenience, once your order is placed, a tracking number will be issued so that delivery process can be tracked.
We use the following methods of shipping and payment for deliveries:
1.) Door to Door Courier – Our courier partner picks up the package at our studio in Cape Town and delivers it straight to the address specified at check-out. A set fee of R80 for normal delivery and R120 for express delivery will be charged to major cities in South Africa (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein.) An additional surcharge will be applicable if you are situated in outlying areas not stated above.
2.) Pargo – Delivery of goods will be executed as per 1 above but instead of entering your own delivery address you can decide to pick up your parcel at any Pargo pick up point at checkout. A set fee of R100 is charged for this delivery method.
3.) Direct pick up at our studio in Observatory Cape Town – If you live in Cape Town or happen to find yourself in the city you are more than welcome to pick up the package at our studio in friendly Observatory. You will receive an Email once your package is ready to collect. The delivery fee will not apply for direct pickups by customers.
For the door to door courier process to run smoothly please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the address provided. Work addresses are preferable as delivery will occur between 8am and 5pm (Please make sure your work policy allows deliveries under personal capacity).
In the event that our courier partner is unable to deliver items due to customer not being at given address after multiple attempts the courier will return the package back to us. If this happens, you will need to pay an extra fee to have your order shipped for the second time. If you are unwilling to pay for shipping again, we will issue a refund, but shipping and credit card fees will be deducted from the total amount.
For your information, please note that we do not process orders and our courier partners do not deliver on the following days:
- Public Holidays
- 24 December – 3 January
Our ultimate goal is for valued customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you want to return your purchase we will offer FULL refund of the price of the item(s). Please take note that our returns policy is valid for only 7 days after receipt of item. Please submit a return from your account on the website no later than 7 days after receipt notifying us on the intent to return the item. We will then arrange for the courier company to pick up the item at NO EXTRA COST to you. Please note that promotional or sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
If, however, you have opted to pick up your item at our studio in Observatory, the return of item is to be by means of your own transport or courier for a full refund.
In order to be eligible for reimbursement the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unwashed and with the swing tag still on
We reserve the right to not refund your item if:
- Any item is not in its original condition
- Any item is torn, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error
- Any item is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Also note when trying on items please ensure you are not wearing any heavy make-ups or perfumes which might discolour or taint the item an any way.
Before proceeding to checkout, please ensure you are ordering the correct size. Best way to do this with online clothing shopping is to get your mom (or partner, whatever works!) to measure your bust, hips, and waist in centimeter with a measuring tape. You can then consult our handy sizing chart below* to be absolutely sure the clothing dimensions will fit the unique dimensions of your frame. Should you be unsure, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help as best we can.
It is important to us that you adore your Mamoosh garment and we are committed to providing you with the best fit. We offer an exchange service in the event that you are not content with the sizing, fit or design of your Mamoosh product. In this case the free return policy will still apply, but you will be eligible to pay for your own shipping costs to deliver the item back to you in a different size or design (see above shipping costs.)
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you via email of the rejection or approval of your refund. If the claim is accepted, then your refund will be processed, and the balance of your refund will be transferred to you, within 7 days.
Refunds will only be given for the following reasons:
- The wrong item was accidentally sent to you
- We are unable to fulfill your order
- The garment has arrived broken or damaged in any way and we are unable to replace it with a new one
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
